Assalamualaikum :)

Okay moving on to my main story today, that is the story about the time when I went for a picnic with my classmates. Hihi. We went to Montazah yesterday morning, and paling semangat sekali Afiq and the housemates. Diorang la bawak food and all. Me and Billah, we went empty-handed muehehe. Bukan apa, sebab kitorang tak cukup dah bahan muntah. Al maklumlah, baru berpindah rumah. 

Actually last week kitorang dah plan for the same picnic, and I've even cooked spageti tuna in quite a huge amount (lenguh tangan dok kacau spageti sebab dapur tinggi sikit T_T ) but because time tu Alexandria dilanda badai, ecehh. Well masa tu ribut angin, so it was raining and all, and angin dia masyaAllah, kuat ya amat. Kitorang dah turun and masa nak amek teksi tu I swear to God I can't even walk properly, sebab melawan angin that was pushing me back T_T Naik teksi tak sampai separuh jalan Afiq told us that the picnic was cancelled due to the weather. Huge bummer T_______T

Tapi one day before yesterday our friend, Aainaa ajak balik kitorang picnic. So that's why la semalam I picnic yalzzz. Hehe. The weather was nice alhamdulillah. I didn't even wore my winter coat. I was just wearing a dress I bought in NZ and my H&M sweater and that was all. Oh and I wore a skinny jeans, sebab we were gonna ride bicycles so takkan la tak pakai seluaq satgi nampak kaki che yang gruesome ni haa, oh the horror! Haha. Lagipun aurat mesti cuba dijaga sebaik mungkin, in sha Allah :')

Weather sedap, tak sejuk sangat and just nice hee.

Once we reached the entrance gate to Montazah, we walked sampai ke hujung tepi laut. Dalam Montazah ni ada King Farouk's palace. Before Egypt became a republic it was once ruled secara monarchy, which means they have kings. But in 1954 (if I am not mistaken) King Farouk telah digulingkan oleh tentera Mesir. So after that istana tu tidak berpenghuni and dijaga sebagai harta negara. Eceh bahasa kemain. Haha. We walked sampai la in front of the palace and settled down there. Kitorang duduk and makan kat situ. Thanks guys sebab bawak makanan hehe. Sedap sedap semuanya :)

Lepas dah kenyang makan, kitorang jalan pulak gi Maamoura. Maamoura ni lebih kurang macam tempat orang pergi rekreasi laa. Ada bicycles, scooters, and ATV and normally families would go there and main kat tepi laut. Laut kat sini, subhanAllah cantik sangat! I was so mesmerized by the beauty of the sea. Speechless for a second. Hehe. We rented the bicycles and rode along the seaside. The feeling was, it was very nice. Melancholic. Syahdu. Your mind goes back to your loved ones in your homeland (or maybe that was just me hik hik :p ). Lepas dah kayuh sampai hujung pantai kitorang naik pulak kat dalam area resort houses dalam tu. It was fun, I have to say. Spending time, bonding with my classmates. Plus, I even managed to add a few Kelantanese vocabs with the help from Peja. Dia dok main pop quiz ngan ambo, after he knew why I was so eager when it comes to nak kecek muehehe :p

They said I was like a gangster. Maybe because I selak kain and pakai seluar underneath. LOL 

Setelah penat mengayuh basikal, we decided to go back home. It was around 3pm bila kitorang jalan keluar balik from Maamoura. Kitorang balik naik bus double decker, and that was my first time here in Egypt. Kena charge 3 EGP, and that is equivalent to RM 1.50. Quite cheap la kira. And masa dalam bus tu semua memang hingaq betoi, as if we own the bus. Haha. And masa dalam bus kitorang pujuk Afiq to belanja us all since he's going to perform umrah after this, and he agreed to it! Hee. So kitorang turun kat Camp Caesar and pergi makan kat Restoran Mumtazah (kedai makanan Indonesia).

To wrap it all up, I have to say it was indeed a time well spent. I had fun, they had fun too. Before class starts this Saturday we deserve this yunooo, to play around and enjoy our holiday. Especially for me yang tak dapat nak pergi mana mana this winter break, I felt so blessed. At least I did something. So I wanna thank you guys, kalau nak sebut nama semua memang ramai so I'm gonna say this generally. Terima kasih sebab initiate this picnic and for making my day. Alhamdulillah for great friends and company, these future dentists that Allah sent to me as my classmates :)

Okay, now I'm gonna go hit the sack. Nak kena tidoq awai ni sebab I promised Ezzan that we're gonna go jog tomorrow morning >.< Actually semalam dah plan nak jog pagi tadi but lepas bangun subuh rasa macam amagaddd sejuk sangat so I told Ezzan I malas nak jog T_T However, tomorrow kenot la laik det. MUST. GO. JOG. TOMORROW. MORNING.
